Recently, Barton Creek Mall opened The Cheesecake Factory offering a variety of foods and over 50 flavors of cheesecake. Anyone can go to The Cheesecake Factory to enjoy their favorite meal and award winning cheesecake by Zagat Survey in 2010 for dessert.

Sixth grader Kaylee G. goes to The Cheesecake Factory 3 times a year to enjoy a special occasion.

“The first time I went to The Cheesecake Factory was on my birthday and it was really cold and when we went inside I saw all the cheesecake and there was really long line to get some,” Kaylee said. “Everything seemed fancy because of how all the people were dressed there. My favorite thing to get there is the meatballs because the texture with the sauce makes a whole new thing and it tastes really good. I also like the original New York cheesecake and the avocado rolls.”

Eighth grader Madison G’s. favorite thing to get at The Cheesecake factory is the cheesecake because they are all so good.

“What makes the Cheesecake Factory unique is all the variations of cheesecake and the way it’s designed,” Madison said. “There are so many types of cheesecake from original to Oreo and my personal favorite chocolate chip cookie dough because of the crust and the clump of cookie dough in the back.”

Seventh grader Mandy J. like The Cheesecake Factory because she thinks the service is good, and the employees are friendly.

“My favorite thing to eat at The Cheesecake Factory is the chicken alfredo,” Mandy said. “We went there for my sisters’s birthday and we got a free slice of cheesecake. I recommend to get the red velvet cheesecake because the flavor is awesome. The red velvet cheesecake tastes like red velvet cake mixed with cream cheese icing mixed together.”

Seventh grader Abbey D’s.  favorite dessert at The Cheesecake factory is the strawberry cheesecake.

“The strawberry cheesecake tastes like a yummy mix of strawberries and jelly,” Abbey said. “Some other cheesecakes you can find there are cookie dough, salted caramel, red velvet, Oreo, regular, pumpkin, and a lot more. I think the mall building The Cheesecake factory affects the amount of people that go here because after a long day of shopping people get hungry and go to The Cheesecake factory for dinner.
