“I would tell my past self to fully commit to the team. When I was younger I hated practice, and I saw it as a chore. I disliked practice because it was hard and I saw little improvement, and I had no motivation. Finally, I have learned to commit and put in a lot of effort. Even now I would still have joined the team knowing what I now know.Swimming is my passion, and at times it has been hard, but I still love to swim.”
