Cover 3 is a restaurant and a sports bar that many people love. Cover 3 has many TVs that allow you to sit anywhere in the restaurant and still be able to see the action. Cover 3’s burgers are ranked #12 in Texas. Seventh grader, Shay Gist explains what her favorite part about going to Cover 3 is.

“My favorite part about Cover 3 is that no matter where you sit, you are able to see every T.V,” Gist said. “The food at Cover 3 is extremely good and has a variety of choices. The food at Cover 3 has a lot of different taste so it makes you want to eat even more than what you ordered.”

Cover 3 has is known for their great food. Their most popular foods are the nachos, wings, and their chicken chop salad. Sixth Grader Kyle Baucum explains his favorite thing to get at Cover 3.

“My favorite thing to get at Cover 3 is chicken nachos because they have beans, really good chips, chicken, avocado, queso, and cheese,” Baucum said. “I also really enjoy the cheese quesadillas, and the Mac N Cheese.”

Cover 3 is located in 2 areas around the Austin area. Cover 3 is located on Anderson Lane and Downtown ATX. Even though Cover 3 is a drive, some students at GMS still prefer Cover 3 over other restaurants. Sixth grader, Brady Beneway explains her first thoughts on Cover 3.

“My first thought on Cover 3 was ‘wow’ because it was darker than I expected because of all of the T.V’s,” Benway said. “Also, it’s more adult like so there weren’t a ton of kids running around like a usual restaurant.”

Cover 3 has won a lot of awards and puts their customers first. Cover 3’s burgers are ranked #12 in Texas according to Texas monthly. They have also won America’s best sports bar in the Central Region by sports illustration. Student Celeste Dauterive explains if these ratings are accurate and if she agrees.

“For Cover 3 I think those are accurate ratings,” Dauterive said. “Also, I do agree that the rating for Cover 3 are accurate because the food is amazing, the service is very friendly, and the overall environment is very calming. I think Cover 3 is an excellent restaurant.”
