“When I’m stressed out, I listen to music, go outside, play on my Xbox, or hang out with friends,” Audrey said.

Audrey and eighth grader Mia S. give advice on how to get rid of stress.

“When you’re stressed, just do things that you like, or stuff that gets your mind off of whatever is stressing you out,” Audrey said.

“One thing that I do to get rid of stress is I listen to music, because I love music, and just remember that it’s going to be okay.” Mia said.

Seventh grader Risako N. felt very stressed when she had to stay after school until 7:00 P.M. due to callbacks for the musical and had the I-Search project due the very next day.

“Sometimes I feel like, ‘finally it’s over,’ and I really want to go home,” Risako said.

Risako also gets stressed from having a lot of homework.

“I usually have regular homework and Japanese homework,” Risako said.
