Do ever feel like you can’t find shoes that you LOVE? If so, then you should try Nike ID. Nike ID lets you customize most of the shoes that Nike sells. You have many options, including the color and pattern of the laces, swoosh, overlay, sole, and even a personalized ID. Some shoes even offer different materials such as fleece, mesh, leather, and an ultralight woven “flyknit” material.

I have customized and purchased multiple shoes using Nike ID, and I prefer them over normal Nike shoes. The downside of the shoes is that they can be more expensive, and they can take up to six weeks to ship. In my opinion, it’s worth it.

Here’s some tips for designing your shoes.

• Some colors look a lot different in person than they do on the screen.
• Pay close attention to the material- you wouldn’t want to end up with leather tennis shoes!
